It’s time for a sun-drenched celebration of British produce. This season, our chefs are serving a thoughtfully composed, ingredient-led Summer Menu, layered with flavour, rooted in provenance, and built around the very best our isles have to offer. Think just-dug vegetables, day-boat fish, and sun-ripened brilliance from trusted growers and makers. Available Monday to Friday this July and August: 2 courses for £18, 3 for £22.
